In-house die making with expertise in die cast component optimisation
Right from the design phase, we work towards maximum economy in manufacture of the end product. Our over 40 years of experience go into the development of every new tool and part. We can also draw on our in-house die making capability and the extensive knowhow of our design office in component optimisation. That sets us apart from many competitors.
In component optimisation we collaborate with the designers from our sister company Druckguss Westfalen. This cross-company teamwork ensures innovative consulting and a solution for even the most complex tools and requirements – both for zinc and for aluminium. In a nutshell, we combine our capabilities to the best advantage. At the same time, we stay true to our philosophy of taking the shortest route from A to B.
CAD: Professional design software for the highest standards
Our state-of-the-art CAD/CAM system enables us quickly and efficiently to prepare your parts for casting. You tell us your ideas, and our experts at Druckguss Westfalen Behringer will implement them in virtual form – using the latest and most sophisticated software applications to simulate the new part in 3D before producing it with our machines and casting equipment.
Casting simulation: Magmasoft for confidence right from the design phase
Casting process simulation using Magmasoft plays a key part in ensuring the high quality of all our die cast products. What counts for us most of all and has proved most valuable over the decades is our philosophy of working in close consultation with the customer at every stage from the start of design and development right through to the finished product.
In collaboration with Druckguss Westfalen, we also offer solutions for prototypes and sample components.
